Discuss any concerns you may have about the fit, quality, or function of the device with your practitioner. They will assess the device to determine if a simple adjustment can resolve an existing issue or if a remake is necessary.

Summary of Warranty Conditions

This text provides a simplified overview. For the complete warranty conditions, please refer to the section “COMPLETE WARRANTY CONDITIONS” below:

We offer a warranty for 180 days on workmanship and material issues beginning the date of shipment.

With our Augo prosthetic socket, the warranty is extended to 360 days beginning the date of shipment.

With Piro pediatric ankle foot orthosis, we also offer a 30 days outgrow, fit, and function warranty beginning the date of shipment.

With Talee cranial remolding orthosis, we also provide an outgrow warranty on the initial fit of the orthosis (14 days after the order is placed).

During that time, at our sole discretion, we will provide a free repair, remake, or return the money, depending on what is the most suitable option.

If something is wrong and you would like to start the remake process, contact us through this form: https://www.research.net/r/im-complaint-form

The form needs to be filled in by the practitioner. We will ask you for a description of the incident, information about the device, and to provide photo documentation.

Improper and rough use and losing the device voids the warranty. Standard wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Please place your order only when you are ready. Free cancellation is available only within 3 hours of placing the order. If fabrication process already started, cancelation fee will apply.

  2. Invent Medical's sole obligation and buyer’s sole remedy in the event of a defect covered by this warranty will be to repair or replace the defective device at no further charge. In case where repairing or replacing the device may not be suitable, Invent Medical may decide to return money to the buyer instead.

  4. Additional Warranty: For Piro pediatric ankle foot orthoses, Invent Medical provides “outgrow” warranty on sudden growth or inadequate fit and function of the device for the period of 30 days beginning the day the device is shipped from Invent Medical to the buyer.
  5. Additional Warranty: For Talee cranial remolding device, Invent Medical warrants that the orthosis shell fit in 14 days from the initial scan capture & order placement. If the orthosis is fit in 14 days from order and the patient outgrows the helmet and adjustments (removing) of the soft padding inside the orthosis does not rectify the situation, Invent Medical will replace the cranial orthosis free of charge based on a new 3D scan.
  6. The device is a product that can be adjusted or modified by qualified certified professional users to reach the right fit to the patient´s relevant body part (e.g. by appropriate grinding, re-shaping by heat or exchange of inner soft material). The buyer shall ensure that any of these changes are made only by qualified users with appropriate experience and Invent Medical training. Invent Medical provides no warranty for any effects of such changes to devices except for those allowed and explained in the online training.
  7. Starting the return process
